Product Issue
If an item is faulty/damaged/incorrectly supplied, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
Please choose your items carefully as we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or replacements if you change your mind.
How do I request a refund, exchange, or replacement for faulty/damaged/incorrectly supplied items?
Product must be returned to a MOEGI Foods. We will decide and offer (at MOEGI Foods’s sole discretion) either an exchange, or refund.
This return policy last 30 days. If the goods has passed 30 days period, we are very sorry that we can't offer you a refund.
All returned goods must be unused, in original packaging and sealed condition.
To complete your return, you must provide the receipt of purchase.
To return your product, you must send the parcels to 180 Willis Street, Te Aro, Wellington, 6011.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund and any other costs associated with returning the product to MOEGI Foods.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
